Lost Password


In order to send you out a new password, you must have included a valid email address in your Qnext profile. If you did, simply enter it along with your User ID number in the space provided below and you’ll be up and running in a jiffy!

If you didn’t include an email address in your profile, your only option is to create a new account. You can add an email address to your profile at any time by accessing Account Details from the File menu.
